Although I am into alternative healing, I do not know anything about crystal bowls. I enjoyed listening to the sound and must admit that it felt really good and could feel some of the tones in certain parts of my body. Thanks for sharing and btw, I retweet a lot of your tweets. Wow did I feel that! The crystal bowl healing is something I’ve listened to on audio, but it never impacted my senses quite like this.
I think the visual aspect makes all the difference. I felt it first in my solar plexus and then a lot in my third eye. My breathing released as well.
