The Shift Doctors are Headed Back to Jail – Shifting Lives from the Inside Out

The Shift Doctors (Tracy Latz, M.D. & Marion Ross, Ph.D.) are returning to L. A. County Jail on February 28, 2011!! They intend to “do the time” with the women of the Women-In-Transition-Support (WITS) program who have expressed a desire to Shift Their Lives as they prepare for release at the end of their period of incarceration. The following is what the Shift Doctors reported from their last class taught at the jail in 2010:

“We taught our one-day (8 hour) Shift your Life seminar to the Women of WITS (WOW) program at the L.A. County Jail in Los Angeles, California. WOW really does say it all!! What a profound shiftng experience for everyone involved! After experiencing our True Essence meditation (during which each person meets their True Essence, who they truly are, and reclaims gifts and abilities they may have long forgotten), one person in the back of the room yelled out: “How dare you!!” as she raised her arm out and pointed her finger at me with a smiling, tear-stained face as she shook her head back and forth. She later read a poem she wrote during one of the breaks about the experience. Teaching the Zip Up in Sardinia

These photos are from our Energy Medicine seminar in Carlo Forte, Sardinia. The technique which everyone was most excited about is called the Zip Up and it it part of the Basic Energy Routine which was taught to the Shift Doctors by Donna Eden. Zipping up basically helps us maintain our good energy, raise our positive and confident feelings about ourselves and protect us from the negative vibes of those around us. Before going to work or school it is an essential tool to use.

We have a meridian ( a flow of energy) which is used for hypnosis and connects energies through our chakras and into our core. This is called central meridian, which runs from the top of the pubic bone to the bottom of the lip. We can imagine it as a zipper. The Shift Doctors (Tracy Latz MD & Marion Ross PhD) have been on their pilgrimage along the St. Michael ley line and made a detour along the earthquake fault line (and some say an off-shoot of the St. Michael ley line over to Castle Rigg- an ancient Druid stone circle near Keswick in Cumbria, England. As they have been bringing the fire up the ley line, it only made sense to come to Castle Rigg during the time of the Mid-Leo Lammas Power Gate.

Dr. Tracy Latz, MD had the pleasure last week of sitting in meditation at the beautiful coast of North Carolina with a private party of individuals in need of healing. While there we experienced daily morning meditation on the beach with nothing to interrupt the silence except for the rhythmic ebb and flow of the ocean waves. We would like to share a bit of the healing meditation with you- sit back, relax and close your eyes or follow the sound of the healing ocean with your eyes open. Either way it is sure to assist with creating inner peace and relaxation.

If you’re in the Harlem, NY neighborhood today and want to learn how to overcome the obstacles that are keeping you stuck, we’re presenting an all day seminar on the 12 Keys To Shift Your Life at the Harlem Branch of the New York Public Library.

The venue address is 9 West 124th Street, New York, NY 10027-5699 and the gig starts at 10am.

This workshop is targeted towards anyone who is interested in overcoming any roadblocks to creating happiness, joy and abundance in their lives; or those that feel that there has to be more to life than what they have experienced up to this moment. Students will be given the resources to understand why they are stuck and the tools, techniques and awareness to create their lives differently so they may experience positive transformation.
