The Shift Doctors will be teaching a basics of meditation class designed for beginners or for people who would like to know how to quiet their ‘inner chatter’ while meditating. It will be an experiential class where students will learn how to awaken their intuition for meditation and experience a variety of meditations including mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, a high vibration healing meditation. Class will meet in the Meditation Room at Lake Norman Integrative Psychiatry in historic downtown Mooresville, NC on Tuesday, April 10th, 2012.
